that's a gd attitude for a start.
typically, Pes A qualifies u for anything in the Army. during my
time, most would have gone to the commandos, guards and amour. some
would have made their way to artillery, combat engineers and
perhaps naval or the air force. i think its bcos they needed
officers n specialists to have 'better' Pes status to lead their
men. sounds bias? yes, army works strange enough. just like they
require their officers to have either a dip or gd A'levels.
Pes B, also anything can fit. vocations from the rifle man to a
commander (specialist n up).
for u to be severly obese, fret not. if u put in ur effort and is
consistent in reducing ur wt with improvement to ur overall
physics, u should be fine. else, i think perhaps admin posting will
be for u. unless u want to see outfield actions, i urge u to start
ur own simple training now. some jogging, situps and pushups should
help. the best is to train like ur taking ur IPPT test. dun push
urself too hard n pls know ur limitations. there's always another
battle to fight.
u definitely won't waste time in NS if u think positive n be
positive. everything starts from the mind. this applies from day 1
when u go to CMPB. take the instructors feedback positively, even
if it sounded otherwise. keep on couraging urself and by that u may
even influence others in the process.
dun give up ur dreams...
