Rockhound, if you are going to a SIR to be a junior commander,
the best advice I can give you is not to go in charging and making
them dislike you for being overbearing.
Scope their culture, then modify your style of leadership.Make them
feel you are on their side first.It's always the case with any
leadership role.You need to make them feel that they matter.
