yes, A level recruits are more prone in insubourdination than Poly
ones.
But in BMT, we try not to charge them and hopefully they understand
the extent of leniency we afforded to them.
Some took it as we dare not charge due to amount of paper work
involved (BIG MYTH)
Summary trials are now so computerised. No paper work. haha.
