well that is fucked. up then but eventually these people are
likely to change if they stick together into reservist when these
Sgt,officer are more matured in helping out around.
That is why i respected my bmt PC very much then,even though we
were teken really badly but he himself will join into the tekan as
well as get the SGT involved,we do push up and whatever phsycial
exercise non stop,he also join in do with us,we go outfield learn
leopard crawl,roll in mud and he will be the first to demostrate
and get dirty as well.That is the treatment he give to even BMT
recruits,showing he can and will lead by example of what he ask of
his men to do,that is why even thou BMT was tough,no complains
about it like so many recruits complain about their BMT.Turning ops
and being lead by another PC who cannot lead by example is really a
big world of difference.
