when am i enlisting???

so... i'm done with A lvls..

most of my friends have got their enlistment letters...

i've yet to get mine! i've yet to know my PES status!!!

what should i do? have they forgotten abt me? Shocked

Don't worry too much. Juz act blur and enjoy your remaining life as a civilian. When the time comes, it will come. So don't bother too much about your PES status/enlistment letter.

i was given a PES B initially. den they called me up. referred me to NHC and all. heart consultant said i'll most probably be downgraded. consultant wrote a note for CMPB. i handed it over to CMPB. but i've yet to get my PES status and enlistment letter till today.

I was reading your first few posting juz now. So you pes-b? But due to your heart problem, I think you ‘ll be posted to SCDF or storemen/clerk vocations. Good luck. And also juz in case….....do remember to keep fit. They may juz post you to combat unit.

guys, i email MIW to ask for my enlistment letter and this is what i got.

I am XXXXXXXXX of SXXXXXXXE and i would like to enquire when
i would receive my NS enlistment letter. I still have not received my
enlistment letter as of today. On the MIW website, my enlistment date is
stated as "not finalised yet".

Regarding about your enlistment date , kindly provide us the details when you
went for your medical check up and what is your pes status given.

For your information, you will be only enlist six to nine months after your
medical check up.

Customer Service Officer, press 1 for English and followed by press
0 for Customer Service.

my last medical check-up was on the 23rd nov and my doc didnt write any referral to CMPB. this, i have told them in another reply to them(it was in my sent messages but has been auto-deleted). frm the CMPB medical checkup, i got a PES B. frm then on, i didnt get any more confirmation on my PES status. after my medical check-up, six to nine months?? wudnt that be may - aug?! that means my platoon no JC people ah? i will be the lone JC recruit?? den i enter uni how? one year later??? i'm very confused on their protocols.

hah? so serious? and i replied them, saying that all info has been given and shud they require more details, they have to email my doc/NHC(my doc's exact words). replied to them yday, they havent reply me yet till 2day.

not to scare you..but mono-intake means direct enlistment into Infantry, Guards etc.With the Hokkien peng, nonetheless.

But there's still a chance that you might end up in SCDF/SPF, because their intake is traditionally after the JC batch.

But I'm curious, your Nov medical checkup at CMPB, was it your first?

nope, it is my 4th. 4th in 6months. it was just a routine follow-up. 5mins only! take blood pressure den he say i'm alright, nothing wrong.

Do you have a copy of that letter?Go to CMPB's MCC and enquire about your case and ask them to give an earlier date.

i dont have a copy. it was in a sealed envelope. how to enter CMPB?! need some letter as proof of entry.

Book in.Tell them you are going to the CMPB for clarification of your medical status.

Bureaucracy is always slow la..i had a friend who was PES D for months..
