Hahha.. the Butt number come out in 4D... but tiao zi...

Marco_Simone SG

He is waiting to book in on the night of CNY Day 3 and get formally charged on the morning of CNY Day 4.

Damm,I don't wanna feel how he is feeling now... Crying or Very sad

chunyong SG

Hei Ma Guo Lin definitely cannot work liao.....although many people think the whole incident is An Du Chen Cang but i think its as reported...

LazerLordz SG

If there is one issue that needs to be addressed, it's that University entry must never be impacted by any instances of time served in DB.Why condemn the man for life for a mistake done in the Army? Mad

fudgester SG

Yeah I have to agree...

While this incident is really serious, it's not as though he had wanted it to happen. Surely he would be willing to move heaven and earth to stop such an incident from happening. I'm sure he didn't mean any harm and was not seeking to intentionally hurt someone or anything like that.

I sure wish the SAF would make a distinction between an act of intention and a product of circumstances. Confused

I have a fren who is an Air Force RP n his colleauge went to steal money from
other colleauges. He kena caught n sentenced to week in DB. He went to apply to one of the local universities n still can get accepted.
I heard if kena DB for a two week, no record is kept.

nightzip SG

well, IF the BG Winston, or 9Div commander is ever so kind-hearted, perhaps he could intervene and gave him a lighter sentence.

But those specs, like me, should remember how REGIMENTAL SISPEC is, especially all the SISPEC OCs!!! All the master and senior warrants officers are very regimental, small small stuffs can give you extras this and that, let to say this one!

Only CO SISPEC, Bdr Cmdr, and Dv Cmdr can help him now. Confused

LazerLordz SG

Well,I'm still thinking that with the high profile of this case, SIB will be very fairand thorough with the investigation.I seriously hope that his future should not be ruined by one incident. The poor chap must be crapping bricks by now, and I'm sure he will never want to screw up in any form ever again.

will4 SG

I am curious if after BMT, forced to go to SISPEC, can ask our parent to speak to MINDEF not let us go to SISPEC? If given extra in SISPEC, can we ask our parent to complain to CO SISPEC?

LazerLordz SG

Not a chance. Confused

Manager433 SG

Anyone know whether this guy is a A-lvl guys or Dip holders?

cornyfish2000 SG

SISPEC trainee at this time of the year -> chances are that he is a poly grad.

LazerLordz SG

Quite true.

Manager433 SG

Oh. Never mind. Just tell him, serve the remaining terms and FU_CK OFF. The day he ORD, walk out of the gate and never looks back.

God bless him.

SingaporeMacross SG

plus they didnt say anything about shots fired…

chunyong SG

he still think he in diapers where parents say 'dun beat my child' then sch teacher will abide... Laughing

LazerLordz SG

Shocked Where did that come from?

cornyfish2000 SG

I think the universities should look at the circumstances of each individual case before deciding whether or not the record warrants a rejection.. misplacing a weapon is a serious affair no doubt, but i don't see why the universities should be concerned about this. As opposed to someone who has served time in DB for assault, for instance.

I'm just wondering if he can legally answer "no" when asked "Have you ever been convicted of any offence in any country?" in employment applications in the future. Rolling Eyes

skeujin SG

under the declaration of non-disclosure tt he signs wen he enlists. he is legally bound not to disclose anythg tt happens in the term of his enlistment.

Laughing

cornyfish2000 SG

I think 5 days is the limit..

LazerLordz SG

As far as I'm concerned, if he's charged under military law, it should not count as an offence under the civil statutes, therefore under the supreme law of the land, which is Civil, he should be considered not to have committed any offence, nor having been convicted.
