if the monthly survey is bad, those aunties and uncles don’t get
an extra incentive, though small, is still money for them as in
they earn not that much as cooks. They eke a living cooking for you
guys, somedays the food is good, somedays not. Imagine mass
cooking, the preparation work needed, long hours, sweat…etc. So,
you may find the food served at your camp is not up to hawker
centre standard, but in the end….
