Not true. Band people must be Pes C2 and above. in fact, most of
the NSFs that get posted in are either Pes A or B. Standing one and
half hours in a parade is no joke also, seriously. Plus, all the
usual IPPT and BMI
hoo-haa applies too, jsut like any other soldier. Go for your
auditions at the end of your BMT. Your name
should be in the list if you indicated band in the form that you
had to fill up at enlistment. Come for the audition and if you’re
selected, you will get to know your posting together with everyone
else. It’s seriously a better life than chionging-suah. Trust me.
Although you wll never get to be a spec as NSF, you will have most of your time doing your own
admin.
