In the early morning walk
With a field pack on my back
With an aching in my arms
And my body full of sweat
I'm a long long way from home
And I miss my girl friend so
In the early morning sun
Where the cold wind blows...
Where the cold wind blows....
Where the cold wind blows...
So hurry back home...
I miss you so..
