binZ SG cos we following US style of rank.. The warrant officers ranks went from sleeves to shoulder only in the late 1980s or early 90s. >.<

jonalim SG huh?/???/ what talking u? this has always been e case.. but for SCDF and Police, everyone wears on shoulder.... also, we can always have serg. or CPLs have ranks worn on epaulets...but not adress them as Sir
