f50_vapor SG For curiousity would like to ask the following.. Q1 : why airborne chutes have holes in them? Torn? Or does it have a purpose? Q2: Why freefall chutes are reactangular while airborne is circular? Physics? thanks..
SMAPLionHeart SG i think some is to loiter longer around the air for performance purposes.. the other is meant to go through the air with the most effective speed
Rockhound SG Q1...it lets air bleed out in a controlled-fall...if there are no holes...it'll be unstable.. Q2... theyre more controllable...aka Sport Chutes
