hmm... i find that SISPEC 3SGs are more capable in handling and
managig their men, men will feel that distance between them and
their sgts.
as for medic 3SG, because they were once a man also, he will tend
to has more of the man mindset instead of a specialist.
well, it's also a well known fact that if a soldier who is
preciously a man in a troop and is promoted to a commander, he must
be transfered to command a different troop. he can't stay to
command his own troop as his men will not give him the respect,
since the men has already known him so well, as what thoreldan's
example above imply.
