It is the new directives by the CDF: Fro 030106 onwards, all
phones with image capturing functions are not allowed to be bring
into the camp and all the LOAs for the phones will be void comes
030106.
As for reservists, you must surrender your image capturing
handphone to the guardroom before enter the camp and can only take
back your phone when you are leaving the camp.
