yup, for lets say for infantry units.
ACT==> Whatever course (signallers, scouts, pioneer, guards,
etc) ==>ops, unit
ACT= siong, normally maybe 1 nights-off per week. +COS, guard duty,
etc, time table, still mostly on weapons trying, ind. field craft,
tactics, section attacks, platoon attacks, section ambush, platoon
harbouring, defence, etc.
Basically can expect 1 wk siong, 1 wk not so siong.
Whatever course= normally depends, if your the man, then normally
also 1 nights off per week max. Siongness depends on course.
Units = 1 wk platoon, company mission exercise, another week UC,
IPPT, endurance training, SOC, AOC, games, body maintenance,
standby, alert-ambers, reds, etc. (alternate these stuff, for 2
years! 
) (Expect 3-4
nightoffs even when the week nothing to do.)
