Aiyah..Supply Supervisor..You will end up with a 3SG rank.. You will be a CQMS (Company Quartermaster)..for a company or HQ Coy..etc.. 3-4 month course btw.....

This year, supposedly.It will attempt to increase the vetting needed for future officers, which is a good thing, and also because we have a lot of officers right now.

indeed. considering now that SISPEC has relocated back to Pasir Labar Camp, the new premises can accommodate more trainees. and hey, SAFTI is just next door. Laughing

I'm not too sure about that, I thought I've heard of a 2 week BLC that will determine whether the trainee stays in SISPEC or gets posted out to other combat arms?

when i was in sispec...it was the first 6 weeks....and the end of course where crossover windows are open.....but heard from enciks that OCS wannabes will go thru sispec first next year due to the centralisation of command schools..

Maybe after this/next year's JC Dec/Jan batch then wil implement..

hmm..I think it is still higher than like 20+ years ago when people had only 1-2 children..
Furthermore with all the incentives and propanganda..it will be higher than then..hence in the end still more man power..

How it werks is:

BSLC will be spit into 2 phases. 1st phase all the potentials will be assessed and sent to OCS directly. These people will then complete their total 10 mnths and then carry on from there.

At the end of BSLC, one group will leave as specs training in Support arms. Another grp of potentials will be sent to OCS AGAIN to undergo 10 mths training.

Those who stay for ASLC will be then re-assesed and the best of the cohort, like the bayonet winners will then go to OCS for 6 mths coz as guards or inf officers.

This is the exact roadap for the future of the officer intakes.
