OH-FF SG Wah didn't you know they have so many spare regular Officers already? Spare until attach Reservist Unit for replacement roles. If everybody Officer, who be the driver ? Who listen to order ? All give order and nobody work ? It takes 4 men to set up a Tentage in 10 minutes , it takes 10 officers 30 mins to finish setting up a Tentage. Too many ideas and too KPKB. Plan too much work too less.
