If you do not have to bring ur PDA into a unit, like what others
said, declare at point of entry.
If you need to bring in to the unit you are visiting, perhaps you
can call the guard room, or the security unit ops room to enquire
how you can get LOA to bring the PDA in. Normally they would want
your particulars, brand of PDA and it's serial number and will do
the necessary coordinating.
