it's funny when CADPAT® sued MARPAT® and said MARPAT copied its
design.
MARPAT, being US obviously said that MARPAT pattern is different
from CADPAT. So CADPAT got no case. hahah.
MARPAT simply said their research went all the way back to 1970
only it was undisclosed. Whereas CADPAT came out with their design
in 2002.
