that is true ...
on the other hand .... the military is one of the few organizations
where different people advance their careers along different routes
... being a wose is different from being an officer .... the
appointments that you get, your job scope, etc, would all be
different ... There IS a glass ceiling inherent in the military's
organization (i'm not talking about being an SAF scholar or non
scholar here) ...
I am not going to say if this is good or bad ..... but this is the
way things are .... and i suppose people sign on as a regular with
both eyes open .... so i expect they've all accepted that this is
the way things are
