For most part of BMT, the exercises is divided into 2
categories.... Strength training and runs.
so the training will alternate between days.
so some weeks will be monday wednesday and friday (strength days),
tuesday, thursday, saturday (run days)
strength days is where you do ST.
Run days will be the AGR and the 30:60. Beginning it will be at
least one of this 2 for alternate days. later on you might have 2
in a day.
They now use CPT 1 as warm up for most of the exercises unless the
activity you are warming up for is IPPT, SOC or anything conducting
officer thinks its streneous.
Attire, it is singlet and shorts for the beginning but it will
progress to SBO attire. Strength training will eventually end of
with a run in SBO attire in traning for SOC
Ok, IN THEORY, the exercises are supposed to be alternate days, but
due to public holidays, or some other events, tranining program may
change till that strength training and runs will be on the same
day.
Also, IN THEORY, these are the only forms of physical training so
authorised by G6ARMY. But focusing on these training only is not
sufficient usually.
