isn't always the case where serviceman is brought back to the
nearest camp medical centre first???
anyway.. nee soon camp is one funny place lah... medical centre is
so deep in the camp but HQ Medical Corp right at its door step...
isn't the more "qualified" MOs stationed there?
anyway, they should relook the go medical centre first then go
hospital if necessary policy...
in this case, i believe when he collapsed, there was no medic at
hand since its recreational soccer. his friends got to scramble for
help, asking for rover, when one rover become available.. they have
to rush to nee soon camp, and so on and so forth... think of the
time wasted.
