Tank operator should be consider Tankee.
Tankee training would be at School of Armour at Sungei Gedong
The course is very siong.....
You will be tekan left right center front and rear by the
instructors.......
Carry mock 75 mm round run round the field........pre for
vehicle.........etc etc
After the course, you will be either a tank gunner or driver or
become a tank commender which you will be posted to SISPEC for
course again......
After SISPEC, you will come back to SOA for Tank commander
Course....which you will be tekan again.............after past out
from tannk commander course, you will be either post back to unit
to rejoin your fellow tank crews or other new units to tekan
recruits.... 
In Armour units, you will need to travel to oversea for
training....
You can also choose to be perm staff attached to Brunei armour
camp....Down there is basically 8-5.........
