Your case like what some of em have advised no harm call CMPB and try ask if they can help u ... What to bring? Dun worry the army provides all things neccessary .. Some things u can consider is: UNDERWEAR (must) slippers black tape shower foam (will help) sleeping clothes clothes hangers LOCK (must) alarm clock afraid that cannot take it? dun worry BMT is a basic phase where thier job is to make your crossing over from civilian to soldier. The staff there will help u in developing u mentally and physically. U cannot grow mentally and physically stronger if u dun get the required training rite. As for mentally preparing yourself? I think of it as, i have to do it one day , why not tomorrow ... just be positive and go in ... u will see that u are not alone in your doubts and almost all are the same ... have a gd time ... cheers

Difference is that CMPB is more PR oriented headed mainly by DXO while unit is hiercy headed by commissioned officers who cannot be bothered as it is their Compulsory Appointment.
