Ok, i WAS a whiskey permstaff... and this is what i can tell
you...
Whiskey earn the reputation of white horse coy circa 2001-2003 when
successive OCs are somewhat "slack". To add to it is a soon to post
out CSM.
All i can say is one of the OC was in ORD-ing mood (he got enough
after 3 years).
And for few batches, Whiskey somehow got some "high profile"
recruits... some is due to the fact the just ended overseas studies
and want to enlist ASAP. So they made "arrangements" to enlist
ASAP. They usually end up in Whiskey as its the last coy i
guess.
But from early 2004, with new OC and later on new CSM.. Whiskey
ain't that relax like last time.
Both permstaff and recruits suffer now.... though i go out of the
mess early enough.
Now we have a "always book out" OC, and "appear on the ball"
CSM.
