insouciant SG Have been called up for a 2.5 day section weopon course. Anyone have any idea what it is? Notice that the new call-up notice system just doesn't give you as much details like before? Now they don't tell you what to bring, etc.
OH-FF SG You go learn a section of the weapon . Like how to assemble a weapon part. Bring your full backpack and ali baba stuff , you will need it .
lemon1974 SG Which unit ah? i also got call up from 1 Sep to 3 Sep for this section weapon course....
Gordonator SG yes i noticed it. i came across NSman who come to camp with no ideas at all where they are supposed to go, who to report to. they just receive a SMS telling them to come back and that's it.
lwflee SG My uneducated guess would be a course on how to use the various section weapons. Eg. SAR 21, claymore, m203, saw, etc etc. 2.5 days sounds about right to learn about all those weapons.
