well... yar but one thing, dun blame the drivers yea?
the beeper thing is true.
plus if they get 10 beeps (recorded!!!!!!!!) they will kana
extra.
so if you were the driver i'm sure u will do the same.
why the limit is so slow.... due to all the safety issues...
in-camp speed limit, driver experience, "safest speed on road" etc
etc
cos in the end what shows up in reports are not how effecient the
drivers are at delivering stuff or transport, but how many
accidents there are, therefore the system is this way.
one more thing. 50km limit is small issue.
the SAF ambulances don't have such a low limit,
however the safety rovers, being normal rovers will a cross, do
have the limit... so what happens when a casualty needs to be sent
to another medical center, or worse, a hospital? (emergency
cases)
something to think about.
