Can anyone give me some information on the SAF Warrant Officers School such as:

1) How are Specialists selected to go to SAFWOS?

2) What rank do you have to be?

3) How long is the course?

4) What does the programme cover?

5) Are new WOs given a Warrant or Appointment on becoming WOs?

1) tricky question.
U have to be a MSG, with atleast ONE confidence badge, IPPT cleared and must have cleared your csm and/or CWO tour.

2) i not sure how long the thing is but i think its abt 2or 3 mths. Ex Jaywalk.

4) Teaches you the roles and resp of an officer. Covers all officer roles like PC, OC and stuff like that ...
-Drill and outfield as a PC and stuff ....

this is what i know lah ..

i don't think my previous IC cleared his IPPT. his jaywalk course started from april and ended in july. almost 5 months.

there was also a lot of project work to do, you could learn well from your teenage nephews. i looked at his work and it reminded me of secondary school work.
