tried to redeem the 'citirewards' points via automatic
phone call, and the system ask to input the 'reward item code'.
However upon doing this, i understand that the 'item code' doesnt
match to what they have mentioned in their 'rewards catalogue'
(.pdf), instead the system says that 'you have ordered blah blah
another item name'..Wonder why they have the system wrongly
maintained, since i have been trying this over a few months. Also i
have done this in the previous year when it worked fine...Moreover,
they have set a rule that, if you order it via a phone call to
their customer service, they like to take away 600 points from
you!!!which ofcourse is ridiculous. Anyone experienced a similar
situation and any solution??
