hmsg SG Parade commander must be a commissioned officer - usually a LTC... Parade RSM usually a 1WO or MWO... and a SWO will be the parade drill adviser or something like that... SWO too senior to be a parade RSM... usually was a ex-parade RSM...
kaka_22 SG hmm...off-topic if im not wrong there r less then 20 SWO in the SAF.....dun noe how true....
flash9933 SG I think more than 20 ... What I know from the Armour formation, I can highlight about 7 SWOs.
flash9933 SG SWOs also hold OC appointments in training school. My OC during my SAFINCO days is an Armour SWO. He should have retired by now.
CKtalon SG seems high..last year I thought most of the warrant coys only have 1WO or MWO as OCs..2WOs as PCs..
