Life after BMT

helion SG

Hi, I am half way through my bmt phase, and are wondering what is life after bmt. I am thinking of being a Men rather than going to the command school in my express interest interview with my PC. But I am unsure of what I will be doing or where will I be posted if I single out command school. Anyone have any advice to give, thanks.

Life after tat will be even worst. I hate unit life… Lots of politic, back stabbing, ball licking, etc…

life after BMT?
its something u have never experienced b4 ... whether u men or commander its gonna be harder on u .. BMT is nothing but a prep coz to the werld ...
Its gonna be fun .. but be prepared for negative elements also ... i just urge u to do your best wherever you go and whatever u do. U hate your boss? its ok dun worry ... dun werk for him .. lets all just werk for saf ..

Commander or men....does not really make a difference in some units I know.
Both also kenna f..k left right front and back too.
If school different lah...can just whack the trainees

A good commander book out tall and proud because they are well respected. Those perverts that abused their power in the training school book out with no guts to face his trainees.

being a man, u must be prepared to be arrowed at, looked down at and talked down to. Neutral

A good commander is able to look his guys in their eyes and take responsibility for them when he has made mistakes. He is also able to have a good relationship with the guys and many of them will be his pals after NS.
