U must be inherently a nerd, super nerd, ultra nerd or scholar which already the PSC or some company already waiting inline to give u scholarship. 3.) How u perform in BMTC/SISPEC. The above sound like crap but it holds some truth in it.
flash9933 SG 1) ask your platoon mates to vote you during the peer appriasal exercise (my bunk mate even buy everyone some expensive biscuits just for a return vote for him) 2) volunteer every time if there is a need to carry out work 3) volunteer to become IC 4) on good terms with your PC, CSM, PS and SC 5) last ... you need to be good in your performances
