Well, with CDO getting first pick through the vocational
interviews, it's not exactly a level playing field, is it? It's
pretty much like RI producing the top students every years because
they get to pick the kids with the best PSLE results - start with
the best raw material and you're likely to get the best
results.
If anything, the pressure is on CDO to keep getting best unit -
with all those advantages, it's embarrassing to fail to get
BCU.
