KAPQQ categories (Knowledge, ability, performance?, Quality?,
Q???).
If based on this categories, you have to do well in the written
exams since knowledge constitutes the largest percentage in your
overall results.
IN REALITY..........
be very "ah ka liao" with your platoon instructors, be somewhat
proficient in section drills..... get gold for IPPT.
