SISPEC = School of Infantry Specialists, also Suffer In Silence
Plus Extra Confinement.
anyway there are 2 courses in sispec, the basic being
BSLC or Basic Section Leader Course, which, if im not mistaken,
lasts for 10 wks and ends up with you being a CPL
the more advanced
ASLC or Advanced Section Leader Course, i think, lasts for 3 months
and ends up with you being a 3SG.
of course its also possible for one to be posted to the unit /
other training schools of other vocations, where they will earn
their 3SG ranks.
