Hi,
i've done my medical checkup few months ago and is about due to
enlistment soon. Apparently during the checkup, i have problems
with the hearing test, the MO have issued a letter stating my
condition. This is what the letter wrote:
Normal duties
excuse noisy vocations eg armour, arty, signals, engineers,
workshops, airfields, MDC, SAF Band.
Excuse Grenades & explosive permanently from 21 FEB 2005
Excuse Loud noise environment permanently from 21 FEB
2005
Most of my frens said it is quite weird that my status is PES B
with my condition and they are not so sure what will i do in the
army. Hopefully somebody here who is experience may give me some
advice/guidance. Thks.
if you really cannot take it. you can always go to see MO or
outside doctor to write you a letter to downgrade
