High rank officer won't come here lah. Rolling Eyes

Anyway, what's your qualification? How high you can go is dependant on your qualifications and your overall performance.

Yes, all SAF personnel have to take IPPT every year. Passing IPPT is one of the criteria for promotion of rank. If fail, then your rank will henta kaki.

What makes you think that regulars no need take IPPT leh? Confused

Technician, do technical things

Aviation Vehicle Specialist, in army they are known as Drivers.

Better prospect? Points to technician. You want more money and yet still wanna sign on, go be an officer.
