the technical crew from original company to come down and fix it.
after they cock it up, they decide to send their men for
training.
what's more, aircraft unserviceable, no spare parts.
tell me, how much downtime do you want your airforce to
suffer?
and after the crew overseas have been fully trained and are
declared fully operational, they will come back and train the next
batch.
then you're sure your aircrafts are gonna run smooth.
