chem SG by the way if i ORD out as pes E...then in later part of my life i was upgrade to C9L3 or so...they will send me for recourse issit? send me to new unit teach me new stuff again? any senior can tell me? thanks
chem SG what if upgrade liao become C must stay for 13 cycle mah...then they will upgrade right? dunno leh. this saf thing very complicated one. usually the medical review/check up we go for after we ORD is for what? for the medical officer to upgrade / downgrade us? so if i pes E and serve 2 years as a clerk...then more or less...even they upgrade me to pes C or so..they wont send me to...some combat job...or some...crap unit and re train me right?
LazerLordz SG There is no compulsory medical review after ORD, unless you ORD with a Temp PES Status.My bad..I misread you on the PES upgrade issue.Normally you might go for some refresher training if you have been upgraded to PES C.Depends on vocation though.
chem SG i have a permanment pes status. so if i ORD with a perm pes status i no need to go back for medical review again for my whole life? refresher training is what? if from E to C what kind of vocation will they give me? cannot be those combat one right? since i am not trained during the 2 years. what would the vocation i likely to get? some repair man kind of shit? refreasher is what? take 1 month to train ah?
