If commanders can play cheat during IPPT and SOC tests and still get away with it, how do you feel?

chem SG

wonder nowadays does unfair treatment still exist? if yes..how to…seek readdress?

LazerLordz SG

What happened?Care to share your tale?Leave out units and names initially please. Smile

chem SG

nothing..just wondering only. care to tell me more?

LazerLordz SG

Well, the usual chain of command still applies.Let your boss know and see what it can do.Most of the time it works..when it doesn't..then things get complicated. You might need to speak to a higher-up then..

chem SG

why people always get unfair treatment in army? i thought is last time thing liao...till now still exist zzzz. Army like damm crap like this...sianz

kumokumo SG

Don’t think it will ever be solved, there will always be f’ed up people in the army.

LazerLordz SG

Not only the SAF, farked people are found everywhere, from the SMEs to the MNCs.It's a human flaw.

chem SG

but SMEs and MNCs if u got little commitments u can always quit your job when u are not happy . but in SAF u cannot quit your job what...u still must serve...so there is a differences loh. more like an enduring life

LazerLordz SG

True but in the end, it's still a hassle though.

NS is inevitable..just survive it well dude.

chem SG

sianz

LazerLordz SG

I don tink the SAF suxs, it the people running the organisation suxs!

What do you tink? Twisted Evil

octega SG

Yes, as LazerLord have said it, speak to ur immediate superior first. But first, u must first reason with urself that the treatment is indeed unfair before making any steps or else u get urself into whole lot of trouble.

For example:-
Waking up at 5 am in the morning during BMT. This is not unfair treatment, this is called regiment. Complaining this to ur sergeant will only get urself into trouble.

So think first before u act.

dragg SG

better to bear with it then speak to anyone inside. unless it is really so bad that you cannot tolerate any further. there is always a risk blowing the issue out of proportion.

life is never meant to be fair. learn to accept it.

only 2 years anyway.

chem SG

waking up at 5am small thing lah.............-_- duhz

chem SG

i talking serious unfair treatment lah...not the training xiong or not xiong lah..i not those chao keng one lah...zzzz people got problem always say people keng.....see this is how SAF turn people into.

octega SG

No lah, this is just a dumb example. Mr. Green

But anyway, reason first because sometimes, as humans, we get too angry and act on impulse without thinking.

This is because this the SAF, no longer the pri/sec/poly where the teachers, prinicipal can close one eye and forget abt it. People can get charge and punishment is met out even minute things like arguing with officers(petty ones) over "unfair treatment". Yes it is that dumb.

So I hope that ppl entering NS can think first then act not the other way around, which sometimes could be too late liao.

Cheers!
