Which is more impt?? A slack vocation or a good superior??

Note that even u have a vocation that dont require to do certain things (clerk go help pack ration, carry store etc), if u have a f*ckup superior he will still ask u to do it..

So my point is would u rather have a slack vocation with a garang superior or a chiong sua vocation with a good superior? Good superior as in will talk to u when ur in trouble and maybe after exercise will give u rest or offs etc.

A good boss.... + slack vocation (if lucky)... else at least I will learn how not to slack and have the backing of the boss.... we can't end up being slackers forever.... better to have a good boss and show the traits of doing a good job

well used to work for a senior medic really rewarding although we did more duties and more demanding during his times but then when he posted out, the new old came in really f* up but like to show off only his rank don’t even know how a medical centre works a black cloud really.
