Insightist SG hey pple, i have a fren whose currently going thru a bad depression. issit possible to advise him to tell OC n get permanantly OOC though e training left only 3 wks. But he has not been eating n sleeping well.

duotiga83 SG yes i'm kinda depress due to my back injury ...try all means to get ooc but just cant get out ....just feeling despair....but dont get me to psycharist.....been refer to OO liao...i knw what to do.......
Insightist SG Wud it be better to tok to OC 1st den to report sick? N will it result in a posting out n a stain record ? He afraid might affect future prospects…but he feeling really depressed..
