Think the best pple to answer ur question wld be the recruitment
officers.
I sign on as a specialist,accepted the JPSDS,got a
diploma.
After that,is it possible for me to be converted to officer if I go
get a degree?
Also,is there any chances that I could be selected for OCS?If I
performed well in OCS,got a merit for my diploma,is it possible for
me to get the merit scholarship?Assuming I accepted the
JPSDS.
Since both scholarship has bonds, does that means I have to serve as
a specialist for that JPSDS then only can I serve as an officer for
that merit scholarship OR I can straight away serve as an officer
but the bond will be both of the scholarships.
