IMO : yes, they should... Wink

Hellraiza SG

agree, yes they DESERVE it. so many years in the army, yet they just get an obligatory "sir". I'm sure some of us here rather salute WOs over some officers? Twisted Evil

and then kanna defaulter's for doing the wrong thing. Twisted Evil

Gordonator SG

tchiew SG

Hellraiza SG

aiyah do the typical singaporean thing lor-online petition then send to mindef. LOL just imagine what will happen..

fudgester SG

I don't want to salute some officers with severe attitude problems, but no choice, I don't want to get into trouble.

I really respect some WOs until I want to salute them but no choice, I also don't want to get into trouble.

What to do? SAF regulations liao...... Confused

Gordonator SG

if warrant officers are to be saluted, then we will have many many people to salute everyday. Laughing

kwlee SG

if think are what u want it to be ,

many would prefer to salute WO's than some "fresh-out-of-OCS" 2LTA...

chikopek SG

Some warrant officiers deserves us to salute them while some are not

Gordonator SG

actually there are many other ways to show your respect other than saluting. a simple "Thank you Sir, i appreciated it" might be just all you need. Wink

deathscythe99 SG

Hmm.... Confused

kopiosatu SG

i dun salute anyone

dibilo SG

salute for what... alamakz too free ah. best is if commisioned officer oso no need to salute

Icemoon SG

The best way is to cooperate. Do things chop chop. You feel motivated if the person directing is the person you respect.

If you respect your csm, just volunteer for all the sai kang when he says "I need 2 men from each platoon" .. lol

LazerLordz SG

And if I were the CSM and I keep seeing the same fellow volunteer for sai kang, I would be very disturbed and insist he stop.Poor fella.

And that's the reason why I would make a bad stereotypical SAF regular. Twisted Evil

cornyfish2000 SG

Frankly i believe WOs are actually glad that they’re absolved from the bother of having to return salutes everywhere they go.

nismoS132 SG

i think the only place where you see salutes are in tekong or during ceremonies Laughing
