Reasons why SAF driver kana charge:

-speeding
-like to show off ( due to their young age, want to impress other road users specially gals, if sees any chio bu, driver sure try to hold the stiring wheel with one hand ). TRY DRIVE THE OLD MERC 3 TONNER WITH ONE HAND!!! Evil or Very Mad
-careless, due to only less than few mths to a year of driving exprience.
-driver low education, last time my time so many ah-beng driver with only pri6 or sec2 or 3 the most. I would say..........................no brain type.
-now you see many driver with at least o level plus ite cert. some a level and many dip cert too. I went back last yr for my ICT can see different between these drivers. now drivers speaks english more often compare to last time.
-1992: driver first words must be:knnbccb just now hor.............
-present day: driver first words must be holy s.h.i.t! Mr. Green

Of course 83 can be driven by a LCP… haha i personally driven quite a few times the audi a4 too.

got la got officers go for the course one. most Scout platoon commanders go as well as scout instructors from SMI. most should be 2LT though.

the instructors at the driving centre tend to give more face when they see the chocolate bar. i was a CPL when i went for the course and was shouted at a couple of times by my instructor but i dun recall them shouting at any of the officers there.

anyway heard the course is stay-in nowadays. stay at sembawang camp i think.
