I heard elderly people would have to make claim through Tribunal
court if their children neglect them or did not provide financial
assistance.
but will the law still approved the claim of the elderly if they
had been the abusive one in the family? And that the children had
left them because of their abusive ways.
The elderly had gone through
counselling sessions ordered by the court but he/she still never
change. Even a PPO had been issued against them for attempted
violence toawrds their children. Will this help the children in
case the parents wants to make report for negligence even though
the real victims of abuse is the children?
can the children request the court they do not wish for the
parent to stay in their house as the parent causes lots of
unhappiness and stress in the house?
Im speaking from experience. Please do not judge me or call me
names as i know many people think its never right to abandon our
parents. But if you ever experienced wat i went through, you will
realise that not all elderly people are innocent as they look.
