all the techs in my NS unit are pes C, some did their active in
base units, some were ex-regulars, others like me serve as techs in
active units.
Pes C does not limit u to base, we all move with the battllion
during excercise, FBO rifle everthing plus toolboxes, spares, we
are the last vehicle in the convoy and basically repair anything
that breacks down, some other techs are also "spreaded out" with
the rest of the unit( a little bit like the medics).
