ming ge, in theory, yes, a law abiding nsf shouldnt end up in
DB. In my unit, its rare. for in two years there are only two cases
of people going to DB, and they deliberately broke the law, by
awolling and shouting at officers..
but i cant say the same for other units. As in most cases, they are
not court-martialled, but referred to JDO and SDO. It can be very
arbitrary, and depends on circumstantial evidence.
