Yes...becoz too many has signed on with the
RSAF,RSN...therefore, they've too many manpowers...therefore, 2nd
pharse contract will be very difficult to get compared to previous
years...
If i'm not wrong, it'll be based on performance and of course, your
relationship with your colleagues muz be good...political issues
are everything...it'll have to depends on how you look and deal
with it....
