professionalism. And we're just trying to let you see that this
choice that you want to make has ramifications the rest of your
life and you cannot possibly forecast your future right now.Don't
close all your windows as yet, if you know what I mean.
I'm very happy to ORD, and I chose to EXPLOIT the army as a place
to hone up something called professionalism and also to learn to
watch my back and siam as smartly as I can.Does that make me a Army
freak?
1) Yeah ....I am thinking of what to do next...but at the end of
the day its my own decision and even if ppl dont agree with it,they
should at least respect others decision...Some of you guys keep
complaining abt doing this or that = lack of manliness and this
weird accusation abt the world oweing me things ?????..tell you
guys what, since you guys are so man i suggest going to mediacorp
building, strip to your briefs, protest that they should organise
manhunt 2005 with a "pick me!!" sign on ur bare chests
*whistle*

serve, many thousands of people have been through it. running away
from responsibility is not the way out. if such a small thing like
serving NS for 2 years u all aslo complain i seriously don't know
how are u going to face tougher challengers in future.
don't take NS as a waste of time, take it as a learning experience,
a period where u learn discipline and to be responsible person. one
might have some downs every now and then but hey, that's life
right? where got everything in life go as smoothly as u want it
right? having the correct mindset is the most important.

3)more like its a punishment for ppl being forced to be born as
male in Singapore
..responsibility???what responsibility for being
forced to do something i didnt choose to do??
4)You dont need NS to learn discipline and be responsible...face it
lah....if NS (National Slavery)isnt a waste of time there wont be
so many chaokengers+slackers... and everyone would be proud to
upgrade their PES status instead of ppl feeling proud to downgrade
their PES status...

At the end of the day, after NS,i would remain poor (parents not
rich).....not to mention I could be joining the jobless..No total
respect...No stable job...No special privileges...Waste of my
youth....Only way out with a stable job is to sign on....doing
things I never loved to do...end up more depressed...
