Upgrade POSB ATM card via ATM machines?

Illo.yonex SG

is this even possible? as in, does the ATM machines have some section or place where u can request for a newer version of the ATM card to be sent to u? my grandma's current ATM card is that old silverish one.

some auntie said she got her new card sent to her by using the ATM machine?

tks!

Even when the new blue one had a security upgrade to the smart chip version. POSB just sent out the new card through mail, and request you use the card to activate it, and null the old one.
